 PHOTO OF THE WEEK: I pretended to be waiting to cross the street, feeling sneaky for some reason, as I inspected the high bumper protecting the corner of the newspaper building from the delivery trucks on their way in and out of the loading alley. The truck drivers eyeing me as they pull out for their last delivery before Christmas. Their daily comings and goings inadvertently having left a painting on the bleak wall. Twombly meets Rothko. | |
